1. General

By purchasing from Asgard Secret (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.  

2. Products & Safety

Our products are handcrafted, and variations in color, scent, or texture may occur.  Always follow usage instructions provided with each product.  We are not responsible for any adverse reactions. Perform a patch test before using skincare products.  Keep products out of reach of children and pets.   

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S dollar and are subject to change without notice.  We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Pay Pal. Payment must be received before processing orders.   

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for carrier delays.  Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.   

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items.  If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.   

6. Product-Specific Disclaimers

Candles- Never leave candles unattended. Burn on a heat-resistant surface.  Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains. Beard Products (Oils, Balms, etc.)  For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Stop use if irritation occurs.  Paw Balm  For pet use only. Ensure pets do not ingest large amounts.  Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Cologne  Flammable. Keep away from heat and open flames.  Avoid direct contact with eyes and broken skin.   Lip Balm  For external use only. Do not use on broken or infected lips.   

7. Liability

We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of our products. Always follow safety and usage guidelines.   

8. Intellectual Property

All images, product descriptions, and branding are the property of Asgard Secret. Unauthorized use is prohibited.   

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S Government. Any disputes will be resolved in Colorado.
